Security & Data

What we access, why, and how we protect it.

Adzonia reads data from your Amazon seller and advertising accounts only to do the work you configure. This page lists every category we use, the purpose behind it, how long we keep it and who processes it for us.

Protection

How it is protected

  • Amazon authorization tokens are encrypted at rest and never shown in the app or in logs.
  • All traffic between your browser, Adzonia and Amazon uses TLS.
  • Every request is scoped to a store you own; users see only the stores they were granted.
  • Staff access to production data is limited to support you ask for, and is logged.
  • Hosted in on isolated infrastructure with daily backups.

Retention

How long we keep it

  • While a store is connected, its data is kept so history, ledgers and reports work.
  • When you disconnect a store or close your account, its Amazon data is deleted within 30 days; backups expire on their own schedule after that.
  • Amazon authorization tokens are deleted immediately on disconnect.
  • You can request an export before deletion from the app or by e-mail.
