Profit

A ledger built from what Amazon actually paid you.

Settlements, fees, refunds, storage and advertising land as dated events. Cost of goods is tracked FIFO per purchase batch. The result is margin per unit sold, per day, per marketplace.

What Profit covers

Four views of the same ledger.

Ledger & P&L

Settlement-true profit and loss

  • Financial events from Amazon settlements, so fees and reimbursements match your payouts.
  • Daily and monthly P&L per marketplace with currency conversion at the day's rate.
  • Order-level margin with the exact fees, cost and ads attributed to each order.

Costs

Cost of goods and expenses

  • FIFO cost of goods per purchase batch, so old stock and new stock keep their own cost.
  • Shipping profiles per SKU and marketplace, inbound and outbound.
  • Fixed and variable expenses allocated to days or units the way you choose.

Cash & recovery

Cash flow and money back

  • Cash flow by payout date, not order date, including reserves.
  • Refunds and reimbursements scanned from reports so lost and damaged inventory claims are not missed.
  • Tax rules per marketplace to keep VAT and sales tax out of your margin.

Planning

Inventory, forecast and insight

  • Inventory ROI per SKU, so the capital sitting in stock is visible.
  • Forecast of sales and cash from your own history.
  • AI insights a weekly reading of your metrics with concrete suggestions, and a view of what the repricer changed.

Questions

Profit questions

Where does the profit data come from?

From the Selling Partner API: orders, financial events and settlement reports, fees, inventory and refunds. Cost of goods, shipping and expenses are entered or imported by you.

How far back does the history go?

The first sync backfills the financial history Amazon exposes for your account, typically up to two years, then keeps it current daily.

Can I use Profit without the repricer or ads?

Yes. Profit is included in every plan and works on its own; the repricer floor and the advertising ceiling simply use its numbers when those modules are on.

Connect a store and Adzonia backfills your ledger from Amazon's financial events; add cost of goods and the floors and ceilings follow.
