1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If Adzonia is not right for you, you can get a full refund of your first payment within 30 days, for any reason. No questions asked. This applies to the first payment on a monthly or an annual plan.

2. How to request a refund

Write to [email protected] from the e-mail address on your account, or reply to the receipt you received from Paddle. We confirm the refund within two business days.

3. Who pays the refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

4. Renewals and cancellation

Renewal payments after your first payment are not refunded. You can cancel at any time from the billing page in the app; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and does not renew again.

5. Try before you pay

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial that needs no payment method, so you can try the Service before you pay anything.
