1. Who we are
Adzonia ("Adzonia", "we") operates the Adzonia service at https://adzonia.com and the application it links to. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at [email protected] or at 30 N Gould St Ste 23713, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
Adzonia is the new name of Sellergy, a company registered in Wyoming, United States, business registration no. 365003746. The former domain sellergy.co has been retired; the company now operates only at https://adzonia.com.
2. What we collect
We collect three kinds of data.
- Account data you give us: name, e-mail address, company name, password (stored hashed), billing details handled by our payment provider, and messages you send through the contact form.
- Store data from Amazon, after you authorize Adzonia: orders and order items, listings and prices, fees and financial events, inventory, reports, and, for advertising accounts, profiles, campaign structure and performance reports. The Security & Data page lists each item and its purpose.
- Technical data: server logs with IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, kept for security and troubleshooting. Messages sent through the contact form are stored with the sender's address and the IP address they were sent from. If you accept analytics cookies, usage data is collected through Google Analytics as described in section 11.
3. Why we use it and on what basis
We use data to provide the service you signed up for (performance of a contract), to keep the service secure and to improve it (our legitimate interest), to send transactional e-mail such as verification and password resets (performance of a contract), and to meet legal obligations such as invoicing. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how our website and app are used; you can withdraw that consent at any time. We do not use your data for advertising of our own and we do not sell it.
4. Amazon data
Data obtained through Amazon's Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads API is used only to operate the features you configure: the profit ledger, the repricer, and advertising analytics and automation. We handle it in line with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy.
Amazon authorization tokens are encrypted at rest, are never displayed, and are deleted immediately when you disconnect a store. Personally identifiable buyer information is not needed for our features and is not stored beyond what an order record inherently contains; where Amazon provides such fields we do not use them for any other purpose.
5. How long we keep it
Store data is kept while the store is connected. When you disconnect a store or close your account, its Amazon data is deleted within 30 days and backups expire on their own schedule after that. Account and invoicing data is kept as long as the law requires, then deleted. Contact-form messages are kept for one year. Server logs are kept for 90 days.
6. Who we share it with
We share data only with providers that process it on our behalf under contract, and only what each needs:
- : Hosting and databases ([Region]).
- : Transactional e-mail ([Region]).
- : AI insights and daily briefing (aggregated metrics only) ([Region]).
- Google LLC: Website and app usage analytics, only with your consent (United States).
- Amazon, when you instruct Adzonia to change a price, a bid, a budget or a campaign in your own account.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
7. AI features
The optional insights and daily briefing send aggregated metrics (for example weekly sales, advertising cost and margin per product) to an AI provider to produce a written summary. Order lines, buyer data and credentials are never sent. You can turn these features off in the app.
8. Security
All traffic uses TLS. Credentials and Amazon tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to staff who need it, protected by strong authentication, and logged. We test our security regularly and fix issues we or researchers find; report a vulnerability to [email protected].
9. International transfers
Data is hosted in . Where a provider processes data outside that region we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent lawful mechanism.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live you can ask us to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, object to certain processing, and complain to a supervisory authority. Write to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your data as described in section 5.
11. Cookies
Essential cookies and local storage keep you signed in to the application, remember your preferences and record your cookie choice in the adz_consent cookie for up to 180 days. They are always on because the service does not work without them.
Analytics cookies are optional. Only if you select "Accept" in the cookie banner do we load Google Analytics, which sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies for adzonia.com and app.adzonia.com. It records the pages you visit, with one-time codes and other query parameters removed from the address (campaign tags such as utm_source are kept), your device and browser type, your approximate location, and a few actions such as sending the contact form, creating an account or connecting a store.
Google Analytics never receives Amazon data, your account details or verification codes. Its advertising features and Google signals are turned off, and analytics data is kept for 14 months. If you select "Reject", no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google.
You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page of this website and in the application menu. Withdrawing consent stops analytics and deletes its cookies.
12. Children
Adzonia is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
13. Changes and contact
We will post changes to this policy here and, for material changes, e-mail account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Questions go to [email protected].
