Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day trial with full access to the modules in that plan. No card is needed to start; you add a payment method only if you decide to continue.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time; the difference is prorated on your next invoice.
What counts as a store?
One Amazon seller account connected to Adzonia. All marketplaces attached to that account count as the same store.
What currency do you bill in?
All plans are billed in US dollars. Your own marketplaces are reported in their local currency with conversion to the currency you choose.
Do prices include VAT or sales tax?
Prices are shown without tax. Tax is added on the invoice where the law requires it, based on your billing address.
How do I cancel?
From the billing page in the app, at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and your data can be exported before it is deleted.
